Our ISO Class 7 cleanroom assembly area has been developed for a number of specific customer products. This has provided a range of assembly capabilities, developed primarily for hypo-tube related delivery systems.
We can support both development and production volumes, to date shipping over 50,000 class II medical device sub-assemblies.
Cleanroom assembly capabilities consist of:
- UV and air-cured adhesive bonding
- Automated heat shrinking with FEP & PET tube
- PTFE tube inner liner installation
- Metal and polymer component cleanroom sub-assembly
