XL Precision Technologies specialise in the manufacturer of precision micro-components, complex tubular components and sub-assemblies for the medical device industry. We offer DFM, prototyping and production solutions to our medical device customers. We manufacture for a wide range of medical applications utilising primarily our advanced laser & EDM manufacturing technologies.

Our History

This year saw XL Precision Technologies celebrate 20 years of world class MedTech innovative manufacturing, and 14 years since Rubicon Partners acquired our company.

Continued growth and investment over those years led to XL Precision Technologies opening its second advance manufacturing facility in the USA in 2016. Across 2021 and 2022 we have more than doubled the manufacturing space in both UK and USA facilities.
